This phrase finally has a home in 2023 with The Scottish Putting Championships. Imagine sinking the winning putt and winning £2,500 CASH! Your gas and electric bills would easily be covered for a month or two! We want to find out who is the best putter in Scotland and have £2,500 CASH waiting to be collected by that person - all they have to do is prove they are the best putter in Scotland by winning The Scottish Putting Championships.
This event is open to amateur golfers only. All golfers must be a member of a Scottish golf club and have an active handicap. There is no handicap allowance and both males and females will play from the same tees.
Our national final is being held at the spectacular Kingsfield Golf Centre on the Ochills Putting Green on Friday 1st September 2023. To get a space in our national final, you will need to qualify through your home club or through one of our Open Qualifying Events. The national finals will be a 36 hole event followed by playoffs in the event of a tie.
Kingsfield Golf Centre - Ochill Putting Green - Sunday 6th August 2023 - 36 Hole Qualifying Event - Entry Fee - £20 and includes a bacon roll & coffee. Top 5 players + ties qualifiy for our national finals. To enter, please call 0131 202 4380 to book your tee time.
